it was completely built because the owner-chef was so insistent on it ^^
which is a good thing =]

the boutique restaurant isn't your typical restaurant

it's atypical ^O^
its kind of rare to see these boutique restaurants in.. singapore
=(

zera ~~not zebra~~ has got only one table, with 12 seats.

we only took up 8 seats but well...
but heh I love how it's so private ^O^
and you can actually suggest the food you want in advance...
or turn to their wide array of choices :D
sad to say, they no longer serve lunch

and I guess chefs have fickle minds too lol
its called.. creativity!
but well, you can always request for things you want..
it's completely for you.

Aust Ribeye steak with horseradish cream and carbenet sauce
Grilled lamb chop with garlic and cumin in cognac sauce
Oven roast cornish hen with aged-balsamic and parsley oil
Norwegian salmon with mango vinegar and lemon mayonnaise
Black cod miso

Apple crumble with vanilla ice-cream
Mango mousse
Tiramisu

and hmmm
you can either bring your own wine if you prefer...
but they have it there too ^^
so we had white wine!
(since I had cod fish for my main course XD)
it was kind of fruity and zesty yo~
I like!

and apparently every seat in the restaurant gives you a different view..

and you're supposed to have this 1001millimeters of space to yourself!
spacious X)
and idk maybe that's why it gives you this very nice feeling when you dine there!
